Shipping Policy
All print orders placed through GRAYCARD are processed after payment has been received in full. Processing and production times may vary depending on the size, material, finish, quantity, and availability of the selected print product.
Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or in the applicable invoice. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GRAYCARD shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond GRAYCARD’s reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. GRAYCARD is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, re-routing, or re-shipping.
Risk of loss or damage to the prints passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If a print arrives damaged, the customer must notify GRAYCARD in writing within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. GRAYCARD may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.
International orders, if accepted, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. GRAYCARD is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs processing or import requirements.
