Step 01 — Choose your set
Warm table, or cold parlour.
Two complete sets, running side by side all October. One is a harvest supper lit by candle. The other is a Victorian spirit sitting. Pick the one your picture needs.
Option 01
The Sitting
Victorian spirit photography, rebuilt properly. A painted drop, a horsehair chair, a plate camera on its tripod and a second exposure that puts somebody in the room who is not. Still, formal, quietly unsettling. For portraits that want to be believed.

Pick the set
The Harvest or The Sitting. Both stay standing all month, so either is ready on any open date.

Book the block
Choose your date and time in the booking window. Confirmation and access details arrive by email.

Arrive and shoot
Come in costume or change here. The set is lit, swept and ready when your block starts.
Eighteen percent still reads the same by candlelight.
Both sets are metered the way everything here is metered — one true reading, and the feeling takes care of itself.
Before you book
Can I book both sets in one visit?
Yes, as two blocks back to back. Add the second at checkout so the changeover time is booked for you.
Do you shoot it, or do I?
You do. This is a set and floor rental. Bring your own camera and crew; we keep the set standing and lit.
Are children welcome?
On The Harvest, yes, with an adult on set at all times. Open flame stays on the table and away from costumes.
Can I move the props?
Dress within the set as you like. Anything that moves gets reset before the next block, so leave it as you found it.
Both sets come down on November 1.
October dates are open now. After Halloween night the floor is struck and the props go back in the loft.
